Prototype: The Third Step in the Launch Sequence

Three Takeaways:

  • Leverage your past experiences. What you learned in your previous role can and should be applied to all of your current and future roles. Bryan shared how he used his theater background as a stepping stone to his current role of connecting people through movies. Keep in mind what worked and didn t work in your previous positions and apply that knowledge where you are now.
  • Growth requires discipline. Bryan shared how, in the past, he seemed to stay in a perpetual state of startup mode, and not really progress to the next steps in his business. It shows great maturity to know when it s time to put a strategy in place to elevate you to the next level.
  • Use what you have. Sometimes, you ll miss out on the perfect opportunity because you re waiting for the perfect time to take the first step. Start where you are and do what you can with what you have.
