Study your target audience and figure out how you can serve and love them well. Make sure you speak to the narrative of that community in order to develop a deep connection with them.
Always keep the end user in mind.
Once we re in the rhythm of things in our business, it s often difficult to remember why we started and who our product should reach. Combat this by remembering who your target customer is. Ask yourself, Will they like the new direction I m thinking about taking the business? Does this product meet their need?
