Be Intentional

In order to be the most effective leaders possible, Dan believes there are four main ways in which we need to be intentional day in and day out: mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Mentally - a leader must be a student. We should always be looking for resources that will allow us to become better versions of ourselves and thus more worthy to lead others.

Emotionally - “People don’t follow leaders with great business plans, they follow those who are courageous, charismatic, and passionate about what they’re doing.”

Physically - Treat yourself as an athlete. Take care of your body like you take care of your mind.

Spiritually - Trials and tribulations will come our way. Keeping ourselves sharp spiritually will allow us to weather the storms that rage against us and keep our gaze toward our ultimate prize.
